The location is convenient for both access to the old town as well as the train and bus station. The guy at the reception whose name unfortunately I did not pick up was very helpful with his recommendations for local sightseeing,day trips and restaurants.

The location was very good - right opposite a large beautiful park and short walk to the old city centre yet quiet. The breakfast provided was pretty good and there was free coffee and cold water in the lobby for everyone. We were grateful that the air-conditioning was cool enough to deal with the very hot summer heat. All-in-all a pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated in the city center. A parking is right opposite the hotel. It is easy to explore Colmar by foot from there. I got a spacious room with separate entrance. The breakfast is very good but not luxurious.

location was great, also a spacey entry make our life easy as we arrived with a car. parking was just the opposite of the hotel. everything has a taste in the hotel. breakfast was amazing. food quality was really top notch. employees are really very friendly.

the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable and reasonably sized with an interior reflecting the history of the building. the hotel was very centrally located and had a pleasant outdoor area for drinks.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. the young man on reception went out of his way to book us a restaurant and explain the layout of the town The room was very clean and comfortable Great location and value for money highly recommended

The room was spacious and cosy. The reception is open 24 hours. The lady on the reception was extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent and close to the old town. Parking was in a car park opposite the hotel. Free tea and coffee are available at the reception 24 hours.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. It's conveniently located for most of the towns attractions. Plenty of choice at breakfast and nice to have a bar open till late. The best facility was the air conditioning! Really good value for money.

Very close to train station and also to the center, across the park and silent. Breakfast was very good. clean rooms
